Canada Lynx Critical Habitat Proposal
NEW - REOPENED COMMENT PERIOD

The federal government wants to control over 8 million acres of private property in five states as “Critical Habitat” for the Canada Lynx.

The only problem?  They admit it won't really help the Lynx. And now we know that the proposal's known impacts approach a billion dollars and the potential impacts are staggering.  It could add up to a multi-billion dollar hit on Rural America.

So what is it?  It's unneeded, unfounded, unfair, and just plain over the top.
